Works sucks today. The worst day i ever had at work. 3 cases at hand and all claim that their case are urgent, need to be resolve by today. How am i goning to resolve 3 complicated case within a day? My phone rings every few mins, answering the supplier's stupid enquiries. They kept cal me up to check the status of their case when i have told them i will keep them updated when the issues are resolved. Damn irriting! And 1 hr b4 knock off, i was being informed that i need to go onsite troubleshooting at a supplier co. I am not afraid of gng outstation but the prob is i dunnoe how to trouubleshoot for this supplier's problem! The first time i feel like crying in office...wat a F day!
