Wondering wat is tat joyous thing that makes this crestfallen ME happy for once in job-related-matter???
}}}} I conducted a training for a company MuRata without any preparation, and veri HENG enough to go through the whole session smoothly without much WHU-HA qns thrown to me! HAA..HAA...isn't something i shld be happy abt? Dun be disappointed if you guys are expecting something more "GREAT" then wat i have mentioned OOPS. I noe this is not a big achievement or wad, but to me is quite a diff story. Usually i dun feel comfortable standing infront of some strangers to give a speech or presentation(pls i hate presentation most!). Imagine so many pairs of eyes are staring at u, every single word or gesture fr u is taken note of. Feel so uneasy! By rite today's training session shld be conducted by Karen, but due to some unforeseen circumstances she is not able to finish the training. Thus this is y i am needed to stand in for the 2nd half of the session! By rite my turn is next week..but, but, but for today......
Undergo hyperventilation(due to anxiety,fear) for a couple of minutes when i am told to stand in. Seriously i dun mind doing a favour for Karen, my EN REN, but for those ppl who noe me ah, will noe that i am a careful or shall say kiasu person. I will need to painstakingly preparing the training stuff, e.g prepare my speech, training material, drown myself with more knowledge b4 i try i be a trainer myself..But my kiasu-ness and kiasi-ness dun apply for today's situation liao. Hee hee the training goes quite smoothly still, despite having this unprepared and inexperience trainer =)Next week i will still need to conduct 2 days of training. Pls pray for this "Bei Zhai", Panic-stricken person --that's me!. God of all religions pls watch over ME. Wish ME luck, give ME courage!
