We have been planning for a weekend stay out for some time. And we finally settled with Mt Emily after Fion's recommendation and arrangement on it. I have totally no idea where this place is, which initially i thought it might be some ulu run down backpacker's hotel. But i was pleasantly surprised when we reached there, this place is pretty new and clean. It's a not a bad choice by any means afterall :)

At Mt Emily, there is a Vegging Out area where there are movie screening at certain times. The movie for that night was "The Haunted Mansion" and we were pretty interested in this movie. Hence we went for our early dinner at Chong Qing Steamboat and came back for the movie at 9pm. We bought back quite alot of snacks and alcoholic drinks to last us through the night. Like little kids, we seated at the carpeted floor holding a cushion each and veg in front of the movie screen with our Häagen-Dazs mini cup ice creams and potato chips. It was a very hilarious movie, more like a comedy than a horror movie to me. Though there are certain parts that did freaked us out abit. After the movie ends, we played Pool at the Vegging Out area before we head back to our room for another round of snacking and games.

The rest of the night was spent playing EATING & DRINKING games. The aim was to finish up the Poh Piang, Mango Slices, Hoegarden Beer and the bottle of red wine. The nite was crazy and we only turn in at 5 in the morning. As a result the next day the 3 of us overslept, except for Fion who woke up very early in an attempt to wake us up for breakfast. Apparently she failed to drag us out from bed and so we missed the complimentary breakfast and need to extend our check out time haha.

It was a fabulous 2 days & 1 night of vegging, pigging and zonking together. Nice weekend to relax and enjoy!
