Clarke Quay

It's was a fabulous Friday night spent with Serena and Caiyan @ Clarke Quay after my class. Been planning for such chill out session with Serena for a long long time, and we finally make it happen on Friday! Catch up with Serena first @ Mama's Carribean while waiting for Caiyan to join us later.

Serena & Myself

Serena, my honey coated sweetie since the age of 13 and still counting. She is one of the first few I got to know on my first day of school in Secondary 1. And our wonderful journey of friendship started off from there. She is also the one who dragged me along to join Volleyball during the CCA orientation. Throughout our 4 yrs in the Volleyball team, we went through the good and bad times together with the rest of our teammates, making our way through East Zone Tournament all the way to National Tournament. The times in the Volleyball team are the toughest yet it also contributed the most precious part of my secondary school memories. And as we move on to our poly life, we lost touched for awhile due to the busy schedule of our own. However albeit we haven been meeting up very often, we are never disconnected from each other's life. Thanks to MSN for enabling us to keep touch and stay updated on our recent happenings every now and then. Cheers to this wonderful friendship :)

Caiyan & Myself

Caiyan, used to be my Volleyball senior, my Volleyball captain and now my life advisor. She is the one who was assigned to train me and a few others during my first few Volleyball trainings. She is also the one who gave me the encouragement to stay on when I was on the verge of leaving the team after dreadful trainings and tournaments. Now to think back I am thankful that I did not give up my passion for Volleyball impulsively and I persisted till the end. And now that we moved on to another stage of our life, she became my life advisor enlightening me and keeping my rational mind in check. There was the time when I called her and cried like nobody's business but feeling much better after crying my heart out to her. There was also the time when she felt that I need to get out of my house for a breather and arranged for a meet up with me to hear me out. And during that meet up, the first thing she did when she saw me was giving me a tight warm hug and telling me that everything is fine. A hug like this really means a thousand words and it is so much comforting then any other words said. Thanks for being there for me to seek solace during bad times. Truly appreciate it :)

i once wished upon;
